Sergio is an outstanding plumber. He is extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took his time to properly diagnose an issue that a previous plumber couldn’t figure out, and he fixed it perfectly. His work was super neat and clean—he even cleaned everything afterward so well that it looked like no work had been done at all. I highly recommend Sergio and would absolutely give him 5 stars.

His expertise and attention to detail really stood out, and he made sure everything was clean before leaving.
Luis Damian 4478 and Jerry 6379 were true professionals. They clearly know their work and demonstrated excellent customer service skills throughout the visit. I really appreciate their services and professionalism. However, I was informed by Roto-Rooter that they charge the same price any day of the week, including holidays, and I believe their pricing is on the higher side. I was charged $560 for cleaning the drain obstruction and $850 for running a camera inspection and without it they would not do the work which feels excessive for the scope of work.
