Adam and his team are truly knowledgeable and professional. As a customer, I felt that he was very transparent from our initial conversation. There were no surprises and the project progressed without difficulty. His initial job was mold removal and treatment in my mother’s attic after it was discovered on inspection from a rook leak. He was very thorough and communicated with us every step of the way. Recently I had a mold scare in my home and he came out shortly after I reached out for the consultation. I got approximately 8 bids for the mod remediation of my kitchen wall. Oceanside Environmental was the most competative. More importantly, Adam - the owner explained in detail what was going to happen during the procedure. He was very honest, forthcoming, and did great follow-up after the job to explain what was needed to protect my wall. I made the right choice in mold remediation with Oceanside Environmental, and you will too -- once you hire them!
Oceanside did a phenomenal job for our condo. We had a leak that went unnoticed from the unit above us, which caused mold and water damage throughout our ceiling. Adam showed up within two hours of us calling him and inspected the situation and provided an estimate that same night. When we decided to use Oceanside, they showed up on time and finished the remediation in the four days that they promised. Really very pleased with the service. I hope that we do not have to use these sorts of services again, but if so, we will definitely be calling Adam back. Thanks guys!
