**Edit to add: I believe my dad posted an anonymous one-star review claiming Bio-One took his medications. This is not true. I personally removed all prescription medications before work began and instructed the team to dispose of any replaceable items. The only medications discarded were over-the-counter folic acid and acetaminophen that were past expiration and had labels covered in cockroach eggs. Bio-One acted appropriately and with my full knowledge and consent.** I cannot say enough good things about Bio-One Duval County. I reached out late Monday night regarding my father’s Diogenes Syndrome, and Ginger responded immediately—even after hours. She met me at the apartment the next day and they began work on New Year’s Eve so my dad could return home as soon as possible. The compassion, professionalism, and urgency they showed meant everything to my brother and me, especially coming in from out of state during such an emotional time after he'd been hospitalized over Christmas. The transformation was incredible—I actually cried when I saw how much better my dad’s place looked. Truly outstanding service and care when it mattered most.

Bio-One goes above and beyond. They were there when I was overwhelmed and needed help getting a house cleaned out in a short time frame. Ginger and Jaime communicated everything during the process and brought and other issues regarding the house to my attention so I could have those fixed ASAP. There was so much empathy and compassion during the process. No judgement, only understanding and assistance. I recommend Bio-One to anyone who is looking for a large clean up job or an unusual clean up. They are the best. Thank you again, Ginger and Jaime.

Recently I engaged Bio-One to address a living situation which had become unhealthy. From the start I knew I had selected a team who could a) accurately and fairly evaluate the situation, b) was willing to go on-site for an evaluation, c) could be trusted to do what they promised on a timely basis while staying within budget, and d) could respect the emotions that go along with a cleanup while occupants are present. I’m pleased to report our two-day on-site remediation went according to plan. Ginger, Jamie, and their staff arrived on time and were able to turn an unhealthy home into a livable environment. This was not an easy project – lots to remove from inside and outside the home, bad mold, ceilings coming apart, a kitchen water leak that had been happening for 10 years, roaches (alive and dead), roach droppings everywhere, you get the picture. Would I use Bio-One again – absolutely! Would I recommend them to anyone in need of remediation (large and small projects) – absolutely! What a great experience.
