I personally removed all prescription medications before work began and instructed the team to dispose of any replaceable items. The only medications discarded were over-the-counter folic acid and acetaminophen that were past expiration and had labels covered in cockroach eggs. Bio-One acted appropriately and with my full knowledge and consent.** I cannot say enough good things about Bio-One Duval County. She met me at the apartment the next day and they began work on New Year’s Eve so my dad could return home as soon as possible. The compassion, professionalism, and urgency they showed meant everything to my brother and me, especially coming in from out of state during such an emotional time after he'd been hospitalized over Christmas. The transformation was incredible—I actually cried when I saw how much better my dad’s place looked. Truly outstanding service and care when it mattered most.
