Accountable Home ServicesSewage Cleanup in Northglenn, CO

This review is now a year past due, though we have used the company again recently since. In my last review I pointed out how AHS sees a project through beyond the initial project to get their customers back to living. After hiring AHS for our first mold remediation we could have been left with exposed studs and a fragile exterior of our home, but they have a team that puts everything back to what it once was. We were so thankful to experience the “one stop shop” experience! And just recently we found additional mold in our basement that we hadn’t discovered in our last remediation. I quickly called Mike and he answered his phone. This may not be the case every time, but it was so good to hear his voice. He quickly got us scheduled and taken care of. I appreciate the relationship we have with his team. Though they desire to not have repeat customers for jobs they have completed…when circumstances lend to doing so, they definitely are ones to call on! Thanks guys!

Blake was easy to work with in the initial stage while getting bids. Chris, Alex and the rest of the team were great. When they discovered another section of mold, they took care of it. Let’s face it, mold mitigation from a slow leak isn’t on the top of the home improvement list. AHS did a great job in a timely manner with no surprises.

Amazing customer service! Recommended an HVAC person since the job was not in their wheelhouse, but still came by, took a look, and set up dehumidifiers to help with the water leak issues. I appreciated their time and attention, even when it was not a job they would benefit from. Wonderful care- highly recommend!
