I would not recommend Colorado Sewer Service. They are very expensive, have inconsistent charges, and their billing department would not listen and only wanted to argue over the phone. I hired them to jet a sewer line. They charged $485 for the service, and an additional $50 service fee. The technician was at my house for 15 minutes. I understand the equipment they use is expensive, but $535 for 15 minutes of work is absurd. Doctors and lawyers don't make that kind of money. They also charged me an additional $130 to access the sewer line through the crawl space. That makes the total $665 for 15 minutes of work. I've hired them to do this exact service two times before, and they never charged me a crawl space fee. I called and spoke with their office, and they said the technician can choose to add that fee. If your previous two technicians didn't add that fee, and the third technician adds the fee, their is something wrong with your third technician. This also means your billing is inconsistent and you charge customers whatever you feel like in that moment. Rather than acknowledging they have inconsistent charges, the person on the phone argued with me and insisted they don't. There's at least 100 other plumbing companies in the Denver area. I'd use any of them over Colorado Sewer Service.

At 2 a.m. last night, I heard the pipes in our house start backing up (bubbling from the sinks, toilets, and tub). I called my home service plan and they said they would send someone out to take a look. The plumbing service they contracted was completely inadequate and I was told that we would have to stop running water down the drains for at least 48 hours. After pricing out a hotel for my dogs and I for 2 nights, I decided to give Colorado Sewer Service a call as I was told they could work around the water back-up concern. After making an appointment for the following afternoon, I got a follow-up call letting me know they could come take a look sooner than expected if that worked for me. 20min later, Deante was at my door. From the moment he first arrived, he took the issue seriously (the other company tried to convince me nothing was wrong). He was prompt in identifying the issue and was sure he could fix the problem the exact way the other company was impossible. 90min later, I have a working sewage line again and paid significantly less than I originally expected. Deante was so personable in the process. He clearly communicated every step and did great work along the way. His quick and effective repair took a huge weight off of my shoulders and I would gladly have him come work on the plumbing in my home in the future.

Called these fine folks after Homeservice plumbing came out to clear a backing up main sewer line. Homeservice plumbers spent about 20 minutes and said there was a block they couldn't get through. I paid for a sewer scope and they said I would have to destroy the basement and install a new pipe if jot more work that would start at around 7k and maybe be 20k. After a recommended from Joe from Honest Plumbing they came out and cleared the block in about 30 minutes. The staff here was great, funny, and just excellent all around. Before you call those cheap 99 dollar places that will try to sell you a whole new plumbing system, call these folks. They get the job done and don't try to scan you. I will be using this company every time I have a block. They are amazing and honest! Thanks to you and your staff again!
