Jordan and his team were excellent! They responded very quickly to some basement flooding we had, and did a great job of drying and removal of our affected areas. He and his team were quick, personable and professional. I would definitely call him and western disaster again if I ever needed.

Brandon, Eric, and team were so helpful and professional during one of the toughest periods in my life. When my basement flooded with wastewater & sewer water their crew was quick to respond. They did an incredible job in a timely manner. Cleaned and sanitized everything to keep and helped toss everything contaminated. This company is definitely 5 stars! Thank you so much🙏

I am unsure how this company has a 5 star review. I recently had water into basement bedroom. Carpet was soaked. No wall damage. They came in and pulled up carpet and removed padding. They apparently took off all baseboards and threw them out without asking me or showing me damange. Honestly hard to believe they were damaged due to no water except in carpet. They came in put down floor protection and placed fans and dehumidifier. That took about 1.5 hours. They left and never even really talked to me at all. A employee came in everyday to check water in the drywall and room. He removed a small piece of drywall for wetness. I had people to come in and replace padding, patch ceiling, paint and obviously now baseboards. Another employee came the day after equipmet remeoved and told me to cancel everyone and his compay does all the reconstruction. Told him we were on time crunch and he promised to do quote next day. He forgot and did it 3 days later when I called upset. He then sends a quote for 3900. He then explained he could not proceed until insurance revews quote and pays him. I did explain insurance already reviewed claim and paid money and his quote was comparative to just start. He then states that his quote was just the construction. WHen questioned how he had a quote taht higgh for minimal damage he stated he NEEDS TO CHARGE VERY HIGH RATES BECAUSE INSURANCE PAYS LOW RATES AND HE NEEDS TO MAKE MONEY BECAUSE THEY BARGAIN WITH EACH OTHER AND IF HE QUOTES CORRECTLY HE WONT MAKE MONEY.That made no sense to me at all. Then I find out I have a bill from this compant for water removal.... 4800 ... they charged for 10 hours labor when they were in my home maybe 3 hours total. Also cant imagine fans and dehumidifier and pad removal could possibly cost that much. I feel lied to and scammed. I would not recommend this company for anyone so unclear how weird it is that the reviews are only 5 stars. Even great companies dont have all 5 all the time.... weird...
