I cannot recommend Sewer Experts highly enough. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. Kara was especially wonderful to work with. Since I knew nothing about sewer repairs, she took the time to patiently explain every step, answer all of my questions, and clearly walk me through the contract and the overall process. Our project was particularly challenging because our sewer line runs beneath both our sunroom and our concrete patio. Every other company that provided an estimate told us the patio would have to be torn out. Kara and her team found an alternative solution, secured the necessary city permits, and minimized the amount of demolition needed to replace the sewer line, saving as much of our patio and sunroom floor as possible. Mario and his onsite crew were equally impressive. They were respectful, highly skilled, and clearly experts in their trade. Their attention to detail truly stood out. For example with the patio, to keep the lines perfectly straight and the cuts looking intentional, they went the extra mile by digging slightly underneath the concrete instead of removing more of the patio. That extra level of care resulted in a finished product that looked exceptionally clean and professionally done. Sewer repairs are incredibly stressful, but Sewer Experts made the entire experience as smooth as possible. Their expertise, communication, and craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Sewer Experts a thousand times over.

DO NOT USE! I used Denver Sewer Experts for my home inspection. They provided a quote and we proceeded with the home purchase. After purchasing the home, they moved our appointment back by 2 weeks and then told me the quote they gave me would not work for the fix and would require additional funds. This was the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with a lot of plumbing companies over the last 20 years. I was impressed by everything. Timley response to look at the job. Starting and completing repair as soon as possible. They repaired a Fire Suppression Line for our Hospital. The repair was difficult on a hill next to a domestic water supply line. The way that Mario operated the machine was impressive, second to none. In the pictures its hard to see were the domestic water line was but you can clearly see how deep this repair was and on a large hill. Safety, professionalism, and communication was there throughout the job provided by Kara and Marisa. The owners both have extensive knowledge of the work they do. We have an older building that was built in 1964. They want to get familiar with the facility incase future repairs are needed. I have been looking for a company like this for a while. I would recommend this company to all heathcare facilities and if they can do a repair like this for healthcare they can do any residents or regular commercial repairs with ease.
