We rent our home, and sadly our freezer line froze and caused a leak. The hardwood floors sucked up the moisture. My rental company contacted OneCall trying to avoid having to rip out and replace the hardwoods. I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect but Forest Demaree came in and was very kind, compassionate, and caring. He brought zen energy to a high stress situation. He walked me through the process. He communicated well on when he would return to check up on things, and was respectful of my schedule. He treated my whole family including my kids with kindness and respect. And yes that even included my young one that asked a million questions; Forest sat down by her and answered them all. He was polite and courteous and brought a smile to our home every-time he came. If in the future I ever need any restoration work done on my own house. I will definitely be contacting OneCall and asking for Forest by name; his work ethics were top notch (which is rare these days) and I was truly impressed.
