Saturday the 26th we unfortunately has a flood in our basement due to a mailman stepping in our flower garden and breaking off part of our spigot (have it on our outdoor cameras), thankfully my mother in law lives with us and turned it off as soon as she heard the water running (about 6 hours). Fortunately Servicemaster was to the rescue. They sent four guys (Marc, Jeriah, Micah, and Will) that first day only about 1 to 2 hours after we got off the phone. They got to work fast. They took pictures for our insurance company pulled up the carpet cleaned up the standing water and got their fans, heaters and moisture pulling machines in there. They checked all the drywall and luckily the only portion that had water in it was in our closet so fingers crossed wont have to replace a lot of drywall. They regularly came upstairs and kept us informed of what was going on and were all very friendly. These guys were 10/10 for their professional, knowledge of their job and our overall interaction. If you like us have an unfortunate circumstance arise and are needing a restoration crew these guys are highly recommended.

After a water loss in our home, ServiceMaster DSI was fantastic from start to finish. Amazing Company. I would recommend them to everyone. I had a flood in the bathroom and it destroyed everything. The team at Service Master were amazing from beginning to end especially with the insurance company. They really helped our family through a tough time. Keep up the good work!!!!!
