Our basement flooded right before the 4th of July and Servicemaster was recommended to us by a family member. They came out right away, assessed the damage and quickly began working on clean-up and getting our basement drying. Unfortunately the carpet, padding, drywall and insulation had to be torn out, but the Servicemaster Team that came out was very professional, polite, respectful and friendly. They did an AMAZING job keeping us updated every step of the way and they came out daily to check on our basement and the equipment that was being used to dry the framing out. This amazing group - Mark, Jared, Bill, Will, Gabby and Raquel, I want to give a HUGE THANK YOU for all their hard work, great team efforts, and all the many trips they did going up and down our stairs carrying out damaged items, carpet, drywall and bringing in your equipment all while using your protective pads to keep our floors clean. Each of you did the job with extreme care, friendly smiles, and upbeat personalities, this team truly made our lives 1000% better by coming to our rescue and saving our home. We are truly grateful for everyone at Servicemaster and will definitely recommend them to all our friends and family! Your excellent quality work and great staff will keep us as your customer! I cannot say enough good things about the team at ServiceMaster. I found myself in a very stressful water loss situation when a pinhole leak in a water line caused damage to my bathroom flooring. While navigating a difficult insurance claim process and an initial claim denial, the ServiceMaster team has been professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. Jason was the first person to come out and assess the damage. He arrived within just a couple of hours of me filing the claim and immediately began taking moisture readings and documenting the affected areas. His quick response helped me feel like the situation was being taken seriously from the start. Breck, the project manager, has been outstanding throughout the process. He has been communicative, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions. He has gone above and beyond in helping me understand the restoration process and advocating on my behalf while I work through the insurance review process. Having someone willing to explain things and help navigate a complicated claim has made a huge difference. Tye has been the one performing the mitigation work in my home, and he has been wonderful. He is professional, communicative, on time, thorough, respectful of my property, and has taken the time to explain what he's doing and why. It's clear he genuinely cares about doing the job correctly and helping prevent further damage. I’ve really appreciated working with him. Even while my insurance claim is still under review through a supervisor escalation and Colorado Division of Insurance complaint, the ServiceMaster team has continued doing everything they can to protect my home and prevent the situation from becoming worse. Water damage is stressful enough on its own. Having a team that is responsive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and willing to advocate for their customers has made an incredibly difficult experience much easier to manage. I am extremely grateful for Jason, Breck, Tye, and the entire ServiceMaster team.

Saturday the 26th we unfortunately has a flood in our basement due to a mailman stepping in our flower garden and breaking off part of our spigot (have it on our outdoor cameras), thankfully my mother in law lives with us and turned it off as soon as she heard the water running (about 6 hours). Fortunately Servicemaster was to the rescue. They sent four guys (Marc, Jeriah, Micah, and Will) that first day only about 1 to 2 hours after we got off the phone. They got to work fast. They took pictures for our insurance company pulled up the carpet cleaned up the standing water and got their fans, heaters and moisture pulling machines in there. They checked all the drywall and luckily the only portion that had water in it was in our closet so fingers crossed wont have to replace a lot of drywall. They regularly came upstairs and kept us informed of what was going on and were all very friendly. These guys were 10/10 for their professional, knowledge of their job and our overall interaction. If you like us have an unfortunate circumstance arise and are needing a restoration crew these guys are highly recommended.
