Our technician, David, was great. Answered questions and provided recommendations. He restored our sink to better working order than before. Not only did he clear our drain, he completed an analysis of our sink plumbing system. He left things cleaner than when he arrived. I did have some difficulty with the call taker that took my initial request for service. The call taker was the complete opposite of our technician. I felt asking two or three questions was hassle, to the point that I stopped asking. She never asked any questions to help with scheduling our appointment. However, I needed to ask one more question and had to call back. On the second call, I was given an answer and she hung up. That interaction made me want to cancel my appointment with Roto Rooter and find another provider. Fortunately, David restored some of my confidence in the company.

We have problems with fine roots backing up from the side city. We generally have to clear the lines a couple of times a year. We had many services but David L is the man and knows his stuff when it comes to clearing a back. When David does the job it’s done right the first time. Great service and we are very happy with the results. Thank you.

Ray came to our house within two hours of my contacting the office. He was friendly and professional and walked me through everything he was doing so I could clearly understand the problem. He stuck to the price we had agreed on for the service, despite the fact that he did some additional work, and gave me an honest estimate for further repairs, should I want to pursue them. At no point did I feel that he was upselling me on further work, which is more than I can say for some other plumbers out there. Thanks, Ray!
