I had an absolutely terrible experience with Roto-Rooter and would strongly recommend that others consider local plumbing companies before calling them. The General Manager for the Mitigation/Water Restoration team showed a complete lack of time management and project coordination throughout the entire process. The restoration team repeatedly canceled scheduled appointments for containment and removal of the damaged area. What I was told should take only a couple of days ended up dragging on for more than a week due to constant delays and poor communication. As if that wasn't frustrating enough, another service technician was later sent out to perform a camera inspection and then presented me with an estimate ranging from $8,000 to $22,000 to "clean" the pipes. After getting additional opinions, both other plumbing professionals and even AI-based analysis tools found the quote difficult to justify. The enormous price range and sales approach left me with serious concerns about the value and necessity of the recommended work. Between the repeated cancellations, lack of project management, extended restoration timeline, and questionable pricing recommendations, this was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Calling Roto-Rooter was a mistake that I deeply regret. Save yourself the frustration, delays, and headaches, contact a reputable local plumber instead like Ace Plumbing and Rooter.
We have problems with fine roots backing up from the side city. We generally have to clear the lines a couple of times a year. We had many services but David L is the man and knows his stuff when it comes to clearing a back. When David does the job it’s done right the first time. Great service and we are very happy with the results. Thank you.
