The BioClean TeamSewage Cleanup in San Diego, CA

I had a tenant pass away and Bio-Clean was not only able to come up with a reasonable quote compared to 4 other San Diego vendors, but they also dispatched for service same day! I was beyond pleased to work with their office and each of their technicians. They were kind, friendly, & all took the time to explain everything very well. Big shoutout to Emily, Diandre, and Stacy for their communication and being such a pleasure to work with!! I especially liked working with technicians, they shared a lot of industry knowledge and I learned a lot!! I’m hoping I won’t need to contact them anytime soon, but God forbid I do, they’ll be the first one I call!

BioClean Team does it all. I say that because they helped us clean up a location that was nearly unsafe to work in for our crew. It was an abandoned location filled with rat feces and whatever that was there...They were able to clean it up and treat it so that it became a safe environment for the crew. We are very happy with the turnout! Another great aspect was that Stacy our contact from BioClean Team got back to us the same day and was able to pull together a crew to help us the following day. It really saved us! Hire BioClean Team!

We had an unexpected passing in the family, and I'm so grateful for Stacy, Anthony, and the rest of their team to help us through this time. They treated us like human beings instead of a business transaction, and were compassionate and transparent in every conversation. They were also accommodating for our situation, and made things work for what we were able to afford. Other businesses dismissed us or treated us like a line item when they learned there was no insurance option as a payout, but Stacy and her team worked with us so we could be whole again. They also moved work schedules around so things could be done quickly (within a couple of days) and affairs could be handled. I'm so grateful for their help and humanity.
