The BioClean TeamSewage Cleanup in San Diego, CA

I had an excellent experience working with Stacy from The Bio Clean Team. When I requested service for trauma clean up from an unexpected passing of a family member, she was extremely ethical, professional, and effective throughout the entire process. She took the time to hear out my situation, and clearly explain everything. She answered all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. Stacy was very transparent about the process and the affordable pricing. I highly recommend Stacy and The Bio Clean Team to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you guys so much!

I was impressed by the attention to detail. The cleaners did an amazing job on my kitchen and bathrooms, areas that needed extra care. Friendly staff, fair pricing, and outstanding results. Will definitely use them again.

I recently found myself facing a bio hazardous situation at my home, which required professional help. Having no idea who I should call I began the search. After several failed attempts at finding the help I needed, I came across the company Bio Clean. I placed a call and a lady by the name of Stacy answered the phone. That in itself was impressive to me. There was no "leave a message and we'll return your call". Instead I was speaking to a person ready to listen. My job was a small one, so I sort of expected that I may have to wait a day or so for an available appointment. However, that's not at all what happened. Perhaps Stacy heard the stress in my voice, and went the extra mile, or much more likely this is just the way the company operates. Stacy contacted a gentleman by the name of Tom. I believe Tom to be the technician supervisor and dispatcher. Tom in turn contacted me. Within minutes he had taken my information and scheduled technicians to end their day by stopping at my home and taking care of the situation I had going on. To top the whole day off, the two young men who arrived around 3 p.m. that very same day were above and beyond exceptional in every way possible. I rarely post reviews, however this company deserves a huge shout out for excellence, professionalism and genuine concern. It is simply not possible to give a stronger recommendation. If ever you're faced with a Bio-hazzard situation you won't go wrong with this company. Big thank you to everyone who helped me through that horrible day.
