PuroClean is an excellent company. We had water flooding in the laundry room and adjacent garage. This went undetected for several days, and water was absorbed into the walls, floors and cabinets in both rooms. PuroClean came quickly on a weekend, removed damaged drywall & cabinets, and started the fans drying. Juan led the on-site work, and he did an excellent job throughout, supported by Manager Chris and owner Pat. They answered all the questions we had, and minimized the impact to our lives. They came back each day to measure the moisture reduction, until the job was complete. It is clear that the management of this company highly values customer satisfaction. Technical expertise, quality of service, and professional conduct are what we experienced. I give my very highest recommendation to these guys.

We had a really bad leak coming from a broken pipe in the attic. We called our home owners insurance and was set up with PuroClean. They came into our home and explained to us what they were doing, why they were doing it, and kept us posted about the duration of each step. They cleaned up after they removed the drywall and carpet. We were put into a hotel while we were in the drying out phase. I wanted nothing more than to come home soon; Tony and Jesse worked magic and were efficient to ensure that the walls and floors were dry and we could come back home. They were communicative and would return to check on the progress of drying out and explained how long it could take. The follow up and care they put into the work they were doing put me at ease to know that my home was in good hands. I appreciated all of the care and hard work they put into this project. I would highly recommend them!!
