The plumber who was assigned to our job was Mr. Darryl Fountain. He did a great job. He was very polite and professional. He was also very thorough, as demonstrated when he noticed that the new backflow unit had a tiny leak in its brass casting! I saw it and felt it when he pointed it out to me. He came back the next morning and replaced the unit. Seems fine now. Mr. Fountain is definitely 5 stars.

From the removal of the wet drywall to the restoration, they took care of *everything* with absolute professionalism. Deborah Fox is fantastic, and she got me through this difficult process with skill and caring. She helped me in every phase, including choosing new tile and making sure that the grout was a perfect color. I absolutely *love* the new subway tile that the restoration team installed. The tile installers did a magnificent job! I really appreciated the care they put into their work.
