Was forced in to major plumbing repairs due to old pipes. Nobody anticipates this but it’s inevitable as homeowners. I’ve been using Bill Howe for my plumbing needs for 30 years and this may have been the best experience yet. Josh and Conor could not have been better to work with. Hard working, clean(ish), respectful and professional every step of the way. Was quoted a 5 day repair and they completed it in 3 days. 5 star all the way. Justin Gould was also a big part of making me feel confident about the work. I am 100% satisfied

The technician, Rob A. from Bill Howe Plumbing, did an outstanding job on our project! The project include: replace all the shutoff valves under the sinks, replace all the toilets, replace laundry box, install a bathroom faucet, hydro jet, replace water heater ball valve, and more. We feel this is a good investment to protect our property many years into the future. Rob.A was thorough and detail-oriented. He was willing to spend enough time on each task to do the best. All the work were completed with high quality! Clean work, and I didn't see even a drop of water from the old toilets when he carried them out of our house for disposal. After installation, he carefully checked each valve couple of times to ensure there is no leak. At the beginning and end of the project, he checked the water pressure to ensure it is in normal range. Overall, he has done a great work and we are very satisfied!

Right from the start, the employees from Bill Howe were kind, courteous, and helpful. From the removal of the wet drywall to the restoration, they took care of *everything* with absolute professionalism. Deborah Fox is fantastic, and she got me through this difficult process with skill and caring. She helped me in every phase, including choosing new tile and making sure that the grout was a perfect color. I absolutely *love* the new subway tile that the restoration team installed. The tile installers did a magnificent job! I really appreciated the care they put into their work.
