Had my best ever experience with an emergency home repair. HIGHLY recommend Roto Rooter Plumbing if you have an emergency clog. As someone who has been lied to repeatedly during building inspections or plan reviews by contractors while working for two different cities, my trust was at an all time low with contractors and subs. Oscar and his trainee repaired our sewer backup and my trust. They explained everything: the problems, the potential problems, what they were doing, what the limitations might be. They were on top of everything and more. Nice, courteous, communicative, and thorough. 14/10 would use again.

I have recently been working on updating my bathroom at my home. I painted the shower/tub myself and was happy with the results. I wanted to also update the fixtures as they were old and there was a slight drip coming from the tub spout which was slowly getting worse. I had used Roto-Rooter a few years ago to replace my water heater and they did a great job so I decided to contact them again to help me with this project. The technician, Ignacio, arrived within the time frame as promised by the customer service representative. After assessing the situation, Ignacio explained what was needed and answered all of my questions. He was very patient, courteous, and professional. When the job was finished, Ignacio went over some helpful additional information which I greatly appreciated. Ignacio’s work was excellent and his knowledge of the older setup that we have in place was impressive. He did a great job cleaning up the work area afterwards and showed great respect for my home which I appreciated. Everything now is working great and looks fantastic. I think Roto-Rooter is a great company and I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have. The price was very reasonable too!

I am very disappointed in my experience with Roto-Rooter. My fiancé and I are currently in escrow and hired a plumber to walk through the house and identify any needed repairs. Our licensed plumber arrived late, despite multiple unanswered calls from us, and didn't acknowledge being late. When he arrived, he simply asked, "What do you need me to do?" After the inspection, his explanation of the repairs seemed unprofessional. When we asked when we would receive the quote/report, he told us 10–20 minutes after the inspection. 24 hours later, after 5–10 calls from myself, my fiancé, and my realtor to both him and the local branch, we received no updates at all. He eventually called, laughed and said, "Oh! That was you calling? I had no idea who was calling my phone!" When I asked where the report was, he said he had left it in the mailbox of the house we're buying...a vacant home that nobody currently lives in. We were never notified that it had been dropped off either. When I requested a digital copy, he said Roto-Rooter does things "old fashioned" and doesn't really create digital reports, but that he would try to scan it. It's now been three days, and I've still received nothing.
