I recently hired this company to clean a drain, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The technician, DJ, was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. He explained the work clearly, completed the job efficiently, and left everything clean. He deserves 5 stars for his professionalism and workmanship. Unfortunately, the final bill completely overshadowed the positive service. I was shocked to receive a bill for $1,500 for what I understood to be a routine drain cleaning. In my experience, similar work is usually much less expensive, so this came as a complete surprise. I wish the company had been upfront about the total cost before starting the work so I could have made an informed decision.

My old Washing machine was leaking water after the rinse cycle started. I called several other plumbing companies And only Roto-Rooter was willing to move the machine out and find the trap pipe that needed to be cleaned. I am very pleased with this company and with a technician they sent. he explained everything clearly, and he worked very efficiently and quickly to solve the problem.
