After getting assessments from three companies, all of which had strong review, we went with Absolute for a few reasons. First, their documentation of the assessment was above and beyond the others. They photographed and assessed thoroughly. Second, Cameron, the owner, took time on the phone to explain in detail their findings. His explanations were clear and thorough without being pushy, and he demonstrated real knowledge and experience. The supervisor on the job, Aaron, was excellent to work with. Polite, reliable, and clear. To set expectations, this is the kind of work where costs rise quickly as the crew discovers the realities of the problem throughout the process.
