The entire process from beginning to finish was very professional! I received a personal call from the owner making sure everything was going well, which honestly I’ve never had a company do I was very surprised and impressed. We’re in a high-end condo and water leakage from 5 units above did a good amount of damage to some of the condo. After the work it literally looks like there had never been any damage, it looks exactly like it did before. Highly recommend Christian Bros to anyone the service was great from top to bottom, they worked with us with scheduling and everyone was really nice

Some people have the luxury of never experiencing a home reconstruction, and I envy them. I just finished my third reconstruction (condo living), and Christian Brothers handled this latest round on my kitchen. They far exceeded my expectations in terms of cost, staffing, and quality of work. Their quote was thousands less than other companies I’ve used for the same scope, with no fishy line items added to drive up the price—which makes a huge difference when you're paying out of pocket. I also really appreciated that all correspondence with the office and project manager was documented and sent out via email. It reassured me that they were actually going to execute exactly what we discussed. The technicians were extremely trustworthy and always showed up promptly around 8 AM, so I never had to play that horrible waiting game with a four-hour window. They were also great with my big, mopey dog, even when he decided he needed pets while I wasn’t looking. The kitchen flooring installation was incredibly fast (Friday to Wednesday) and the tile looks amazing. The staff really worked with me to find a custom solution because I didn't want a transition strip between the hardwood and tile (my robovacs hate them). All in all, it was a very good experience. God forbid I have to go through another reconstruction, but if I do, I’ll be using them again.

We were a bit lost after our water pipe broke and flooded our closet, bedroom and floors. Christian Brothers was the first company out to help. They got the fans and humidifier going right away. Edwin, Kellie and Alberto were very careful not to demo or remove anymore than necessary. Josalyn was terrific at continually notifying my insurance company to push them along. Our insurance company was in no hurry to get the repairs going. Christian Brothers sends you texts everytime they are headed your way. They also text when they arrive and leave. Most days they would text us what they accomplished that day and what to expect in the future. We are incredibly happy with the way the repair was done. Walls, ceiling, floors, painting all were performed as if we never had a loss at all. You see Christian Brothers can do everything from start to finish. No need to have a separate floor company or dry wall company. They do it all!! Jose, Azalea and Oscar were true professionals in moving out/in our heavy furniture. They even took apart the bed and enclosed the mattresses in plastic protectors! During a time of frustration and fear, Christian Brothers helped us every step of the way to being back the way we were before. Thank You Christian Brothers!!!
