Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Harlee at Christian Brothers for being such a lifesaver during our recent water loss! She immediately got estimator Rob on the phone even on a Saturday morning which was such a relief. Rob was incredibly helpful in walking my husband through the steps we needed to take right away. Some people have the luxury of never experiencing a home reconstruction, and I envy them. I just finished my third reconstruction (condo living), and Christian Brothers handled this latest round on my kitchen. They far exceeded my expectations in terms of cost, staffing, and quality of work. Their quote was thousands less than other companies I’ve used for the same scope, with no fishy line items added to drive up the price—which makes a huge difference when you're paying out of pocket. I also really appreciated that all correspondence with the office and project manager was documented and sent out via email. It reassured me that they were actually going to execute exactly what we discussed. The technicians were extremely trustworthy and always showed up promptly around 8 AM, so I never had to play that horrible waiting game with a four-hour window. They were also great with my big, mopey dog, even when he decided he needed pets while I wasn’t looking. The kitchen flooring installation was incredibly fast (Friday to Wednesday) and the tile looks amazing. The staff really worked with me to find a custom solution because I didn't want a transition strip between the hardwood and tile (my robovacs hate them). All in all, it was a very good experience. God forbid I have to go through another reconstruction, but if I do, I’ll be using them again.

They have surpassed my expectations. It is becoming harder and harder to find companies that are this great to work with. Their level of professionalism was impressive. They are responsive, professional, respectful, prompt and kind. From my first call to the clean up, it has been nothing but a great experience. I communicated the most with Ashley, who went above and beyond for us, even calling us after she left work to answer a question we had. I loved working with her. Rob was very knowledgeable and Luis and Kellie really were top notch with their professionalism. They knew I was allergic to mold and took extra precautions to make sure I would feel assured of not having any exposure. Even the 3rd party company they contracted with was great. Truly a great experience from the very start and throughout. Can’t recommend them enough. Rare to work with a company this impressive.
