Drain Medics - Trenchless Sewer ReliningSewage Cleanup in Tucson, AZ

I’ve had an excellent experience working with Drain Medics. Austin and Robert, who are brothers, along with Jake, have done phenomenal work for us during the buildout of our restaurant. The first job they handled was our main drain line, which was severely clogged and appeared like it hadn’t been properly serviced in years. It was a difficult situation, but they took the time to get it cleared correctly and did an excellent job. Since then, we’ve continued using Drain Medics for additional plumbing work at the restaurant. They opened up a section of the concrete slab to access and connect to an existing drain, installed new drain and water lines for our bar area, and are also handling the plumbing installation for our three-compartment sink and hand-washing sink. What has impressed me the most is the quality of their work. Austin, Robert, and Jake are professional, responsive, dependable, and extremely clean and organized. Even when doing major work involving cutting concrete and opening up the floor, they take pride in keeping the jobsite clean and doing everything the right way. As a business owner myself, I understand how important reputation, customer service, and quality workmanship are when you’re trying to build and grow a company. These guys have absolutely earned this review. My experience with Drain Medics has been extremely positive from the beginning. I would strongly recommend Drain Medics to anyone looking for a reliable, professional plumbing company. Great people, great communication, clean work, and quality workmanship. Definitely 5 stars from me

I had an urgent drainage issue at my home and reached out to several companies I’ve worked with and even referred to my own clients in the past, but unfortunately, they didn’t answer or didn’t treat the situation with any urgency. Drain Medics was a completely different experience. Robert and Austin answered my call right away, showed up to my property within hours, and by the very next day they were already fixing the issue. They recognized the emergency and acted fast. They took the time to answer all of our concerns, offered a great price, and left everything looking like we never had a drainage problem to begin. They are a local family business with responsive, professional, and reliable service! Thank you guys! You did an amazing job!

Discovered a leak late night Saturday so spent the following morning researching to find a good plumbing service online. Came across Drain Medics which had great reviews so I narrowed it down to them and a few other companies. When I called Drain Medics, Austin answered the phone and he was very nice and willing to help. His personality sold me so I decided to book with them and not even bother to call any other company. He let me know that their tech, Daunte was finishing a call and would head over right after. Daunte arrived within an hour and was very nice and knowledgeable right off the bat. He was able to find the issue quickly and give us our options right away. He also helped us fix our running toilet which we had an ongoing issue with. Daunte was fast and efficient. I highly recommend them!
