It seemed like they didn’t communicate what we’d booked with the actual team completing the cleaning. The team didn’t know they were doing carpet removal even though it was separately included in my invoice. I was told they would clean top to bottom, ceilings to floors, but the team told us they were only supposed to clean what they could reach at about shoulder height. It was a good surface clean for an awfully dirty house I was purchasing, but a lot of things were half done—like cleaning the top of the stove knobs but not the underside, or the edge of the countertops. For the price, I think the cleaning fell short of expectations.

The woman running the process was lovely (she's the reason I bumped it up to two stars), but the kitchen crew didn't do the things I asked them to do and chose to do things I could've had done for $100 instead of $2500. I ended up losing items with extreme sentimental value yet retained pricier items about which I don't care and later donated myself. I was initially told the process would be one of cooperative discernment, but it was not. Apparently they usually do it one way over 2 days, but I only asked for one, not needing the entire process, and that wasn't communicated to the crew.

Bio-one is efficient knowledgeable and most of all caring & compassionate. We had a severe pack rat problem & needed professionals who knew this issue & could get us into our place fast. Jessica Carlos & the whole team were so concerned that we had all the help needed going above & beyond the stated service. I highly highly recommend them. Update. Job is finished and everything feels so fresh & new. Such a huge relief. Thank you to the whole team. Carlos & Keith you were so great to stay until the job was perfectly done! And so kind to my husband & I. I will remember the beautiful job you did but more than that I will always remember your caring approach. ❤️ thank you!
