5 stars very professional and clear service with a friendly attitude. we had a major water leak between our kitchen and bathroom, which led to mold growth. we felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to start, especially with all the water damage. after getting the plumbing fixed, we reached out for water damage restoration help. the team explained every step of the restoration process, which really made us feel at ease. even though the cleanup and repairs took some time, brian was very helpful throughout. they completely removed the mold and restored our kitchen so it looks great now. they also fixed the damaged grout on the floor, replaced the bottom of the cabinets, and cut out and replaced the wet drywall. melvin helped me choose the right materials and made sure everything matched what i wanted. everything was repaired perfectly, and we’re very happy with the results.
