Jered Davis and Alex Medina were very professional and efficient. They always delivered what they promised. Overall I was very pleased with Go to Services including mitigation, roof repair and interior reconstruction. Their crew was always on time and courteous.

I woke up to my downstairs roof leaking inside my house a few months back. I work very early so I put pans and a bucket to catch the water coming in Got off work called my insurance with in 15-20 minutes Go to Services was at my door Taking the affected tiles up and putting a tarp on my roof so no other damage could happen I couldn’t have gotten an Uber any faster. Fast forward to the repair they have masters of their craft from the roofers to the interior people all are truly pros no handy men or gals I hope I never need their services again but if I do that is who I’m calling. Really good service! Alexa and the go to services team, worked diligently in my music room, my kitchen and my garage in 2 different claims with Progressive insurance. They left all rooms perfect and beautiful. Alexa was in constant contact with me and was always letting me know the status of my claim and the time schedule too. Juan the job manager was present all the time and always told me the work they were going to perform and timeframe. The 3 workers I had were phenomenal! Thank you Osmar, Cesar and Isaias!
