And the carpenter Dale whose attention to detail was outstanding. I included just few pictures the drywall, painting and trim we couldn’t be more pleased. 5/5 Stars – Beautiful Results and Great TeamWe hired Kelmann Restoration to rebuild our basement after it flooded in August 2025, leaving us with a foot of water. Justin Ladwig handled our initial quote and was incredibly helpful in getting everything started. While they did not handle the initial cleanup phase, they took care of the full refinishing work. The rebuilding process took about 60 days to complete, but our project manager, Brian Focht, was on top of everything and constantly gave us updates throughout the process.The whole team was great, including Nic Veling, our Design Consultant from Nationwide Flooring & Window Coverings, who was fantastic with a last-minute change on my flooring decision. Although it required some patience, the final outcome was worth the wait. The construction and finishes are beautiful, and the basement looks great now that it is fully done. We are so happy with the final result that we would absolutely use them again for any future remodeling work!

The Kelman crew who came to our house to clean up the water damage and mold did a fantastic job. They were very considerate of our home and did everything to keep the rest of the house clean by putting up tarp walls that sealed out the rest of the house. We would highly recommend them to anyone needed restoration after any damage. Thank you to Charlie, Jamar, Adrian, Alexander, and Francisco. You guys Rock!
