Although I did not directly use this company for asbestos inspection and remediation, I can tell you that their Customer Service and their commitment to individuals who are having a challenge or an issue with asbestos inspection, sampling, and remediation is truly amazing. I had an issue with another company and Vanessa was more than willing to help me problem solve the issue as well as contact different individuals and provide me with the information that I needed to help resolve my issue. I did not hired DJK Environmental, LLC nor did I pay them at all, but Vanessa was more than willing to help me because she’s just a great human being and they have a wonderful company to support people who have to deal with asbestos. In the future, if I need to hire an asbestos inspection or removal company, I will be calling Vanessa and DJK Environmental, LLC . Thank you for all of your help. You deserve more than five stars.

These people are amazing from start to end. My house flooded this year with the rains in August. DJK came in and evaluated my situation. I needed asbestos and mold remediation. They found space for me on their schedule. That was amazing to me! Everyone was terrific to work with, from the people in the office (shout out to Vanessa and Alyssa), as well as the people in the field. I had a lot of questions, and everyone in the office went above and beyond to help me. I know they have a lot of folks needing their help right now, but I felt personally cared for. They were really so consoling to me during the process. I can't thank them enough for that. In my house, Brian did my initial inspection. He was able to assess my situation and make recommendations. Joseph and his crew did the work in my basement. He was amazing in his communication with me during and after the work. His team did an amazing job. They were very careful with everything in my house. When I came back to my home, the basement was clean and ready to be refinished. They also did an air quality report, so I was confident about returning to my house. It is very emotional to have your house so compromised by floodwater. It was hard to leave and have someone come in to fix this. DJK made me feel safe and cared for. I would 100% recommend them for any remediation service. These people are the salt of the earth. I am so, so thankful for them.
