Earlier this year of 2026 my house experience frozen pipe that busted and flood and mold because of the area that is located in it was almost impossible for me to get a reasonable estimate from the contractors either they was booked up from four or five months or either they couldn't do the work my last resort was going out of the area to a whole another city out of door county and into the Milwaukee area all the mediation companies in Green Bay said it was too far to travel for one hour in order to try to mediate my home I am very happy with the progress of the work from AJ development along with them handling the correspondence with the insurance company and other contractors as this is not my field of expertise my home was put back even better than it was before some of the things that they did on the bill back and proved what it looked like before and I have to recommend them to anybody in the area I don't believe my house would have got done if it was not for AJ development I send these things out to them and their crew for doing a great job and keeping me updated the insurance company senior condition of my home they said it was the worst flood damage and mold that they had ever encountered and that the house may need to be torn down because after the pipe bust I was out of town and the water literally ran for 2 to 3 months before I came back and discovered it

Kelly Jackson and his workmen are professional and trustworthy always willing to take the time to answer questions. The workmanship containing the affected areas and then reconstructing and putting the areas back together were also done to perfection. I cannot recommend this company more.
