The team cleaned the carpets in my home and did a fantastic job. I was especially impressed with their professionalism and the care they took to protect my house while they worked. One thing that really stood out was that they used corner guards anywhere their hoses wrapped around a wall corner to prevent scuffs or damage, something I have never seen before!

The Rep that performed my cleaning was polite, punctual and respectful. My issue is with the quote I received over the phone. I explained it was a basement carpet, three rooms about 800 sq. feet and the stairs. The quote was $150.00 for the basement and $50.00 for the stairs. I understood that would not be the exact total however I didn’t think it would be only 50% of the final invoice.
