My first contact with PureDry Restoration was with Daryl (Mitigation Project Manager). He walked me through the process of restoring my floorings which were destroyed due to a toilet flooding. It affected the bathroom, living room, dining room and spare bedroom. He was thorough and patient with all my concerns and questions. He even returned my phone call after business hours later in the evening! Brayden, William, Skyler and Garrett were my Mitigation Technicians. They set up fans EVERYWHERE, even under my crawlspace to ensure everything was completely dry. Luckily, I was away for a few days and didn’t have to deal with the noise. The team showed up the day after I returned and removed all the fans and cleaned up the area. Max (Estimator/Insurance Advocate) was unbelievable! He is the MASTER on Washington laws/rules, never backing down, and worked diligently to ensure my insurance company paid out fairly. Leah (Project Coordinator) was also one of the first people I worked with, and she was on top of it all, right up to the last detail. Ashlynn (Project Director & Sales) did the inspection to determine damage. She was incredibly thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. She continually followed up on the project and provided recommendations when asked. Mykal & Alejandro (Onsite Foreman) finalized the installation of new bathroom countertop, flooring transition trim and touchup painting. A big shoutout to Vasiliy and Yuri on the LVP flooring. Yuri stayed until 7pm both nights to finish up the flooring which turned out beautifully! And, finally, Rhiannon (Project Manager). She was diligent, on track, professional and a little bit of a therapist! This was a stressful experience for me and she was always there to answer questions, provide status and calm me down!! I am incredibly grateful. I’ve never had this experience before and am so pleased that I hired PureDry Restoration. The team was phenomenal from beginning to end. Great communication, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for your Restoration projects.

Shawn was amazing prompt and polite, got along great with dog. The inspection was very through and impressive, great recommendations on next steps and they work well state farm, and confirmed no water damage found. All very easy, highly recommended.

We had a team from PureDry Restoration come out for water mitigation, and while the circumstances of needing them obviously weren’t fun, I felt genuinely good about their work, communication and how they treated our home. Communication was excellent. They always called with 30 minutes notice before arriving, explained what was happening in plain language, and took the time to answer questions and define jargon/technical terms I didn’t understand. They even showed me the tools and walked me through the process. They were incredibly respectful of our home. They put down Anatolia Guardia mats to protect our floors, wore shoe coverings inside every time, and handled everything with care. Nothing about their approach felt rushed or “good enough to get the job done.” It felt like they treated our home with care. Shout-out to Brandon (PM) for getting the ball rolling and helping us understand what was happening. Dustin, Amari, and Dorian did the bulk of the hands-on work (including taking apart cabinets/flooring and set up of giant fans) and created a contained plastic barrier, which was a huge help for keeping our toddler safely out of the construction zone. Kevin also came by to check on the drying progress and kept us informed about how things were progressing. I’d absolutely recommend PureDry Restoration.
