I cannot even begin to explain the level of exceptional service I received from Jonathan. He was recommended to us by our Real Estate agent Angelica Thrasher. We wanted to support small local businesses with our move, but had a tight turn around time between closing and moving out of our rental. We happened to strike gold with Jonathan! After his initial inspection, it was ultimately determined that some insulation needed to come out in order for him to do his best work. We were able to complete that in a few days and he opened up his schedule back up for us so the job could get completed before the end of the month. Amanda was also very communicative along the way in regards to the appointments, payments, and general inquiries. The pricing was very fair and not exploitive like some others may be. We were in the middle of a home renovation when we first stumbled upon fungus and another layer deeper, mold. We are living in the home during the renovation so this was quite concerning...is this dangerous? do we need to move out immediately?
