I can't say enough good things about Vince! We had significant water damage at our home, and Vince personally handled pretty much the entire drying process himself. David and Vince were fantastic! Had a great experience with HydroShield. Called them when I found stagnant water from a broken pipe in my crawlspace. They came in, explained everything in detail, provided great service and gave me a fair price. Would definitely call them up again if needed.
It was my first time experiencing water damage as a tenant so I didn’t know what to expect and how to deal with it. Both David and Vincent came to the house and did a great job sealing the living room area off, cutting only what was necessary in the drywall to let the air from the dehumidifier and multiple fans get into the areas that needed to dry asap. They both were very thorough with their explanations on how they do things and why they do it and were accurate with their estimates on how long the drying process would take. I highly recommend this team to anyone who experiences potential water damage in their homes. They will work with you to get the most reasonable price and they also work with most insurance companies.
