My experience with Environix was excellent. I worked with Edwin and Tim, both of whom were extremely professional and went above and beyond to be helpful. Edwin was very helpful in scheduling the visit and very patiently answered all of my questions. He always returned calls right away. Tim was very knowledgeable, courteous, and instructive during the site visit and afterwards when I had questions about the testing and results. I would definitely use their services again if needed, and I highly recommend them.

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with Environix regarding a VOC and formaldehyde inspection at my home. As a parent who recently moved into a new house with two young children, my primary concern was safety. I paid $700 upfront based on the promise that the inspection would include both meter readings and professional lab testing. The experience was a failure on three main fronts:Misleading Service: Despite being told over the phone that lab testing was included, the inspector arrived and stated he could only use a meter. If I had known the $700 fee only covered basic meter readings, I never would have booked this service. Contradictory and Confusing Report: The report provided is logically flawed.
