I usually do not write reviews, but I had to share how much help my family received after a major water damage disaster. After being away for a few days, I came home to a flooded house, damaged furniture, and water pouring through the dining room ceiling from a burst pipe. When I went to shut off the main water, I also found several feet of standing water in the basement. I had never dealt with water mitigation, structural drying, or restoration before, so I searched online and called for help. Brian was kind, calm, and understanding on the phone, and he let me know a technician would come right away to inspect the damage. Melvin arrived quickly, explained the full water restoration process clearly, and helped me understand what needed to happen first to protect the house and prevent further damage. The situation was overwhelming because so much was affected, including furniture, the oil burner, and the electrical panel. My family was devastated, but Brian and Melvin were compassionate and reassuring throughout the entire cleanup and recovery. During the demolition and drying process, additional hazardous materials were discovered, including asbestos in old flooring and piping. Everything was handled safely, removed properly, and cleaned thoroughly. The work was so detailed that the affected areas looked spotless afterward. From emergency water extraction and removal of damaged walls and floors to working with inspectors and the insurance process, they supported us at every step. They also helped during the rebuild by guiding us through choices for flooring and kitchen materials so we could make smart decisions and stay within budget. What started as a terrible water loss turned into a smooth restoration experience, and a few months later we were back in a beautiful home.
