Omega is a standout in disaster recovery. Their team tackled our house fire aftermath with skill and sensitivity, turning chaos into calm. The quality of their work and the care they showed were beyond impressive. The whole team was great, but Tim and Glenn really stood out. They were professional, helpful, and made a terrible situation much easier to handle. If you need fire/water restoration, Omega Disaster Restoration is the company to call for exceptional results. Highly recommend!

Well where do I start? I had someone unrelated to me in any way wreck into the culvert at the bottom of my driveway, the damage they did made it so almost no water would run through the culvert. I called my homeowners insurance company and filed a claim, they got in touch with omega disaster restoration, their contractor came out and and made a bid with odr of $4200.00 when the men where done with the job (excellent btw) they said the payment amount would be $5500.00 i gave them a check for that amount. Then several weeks later I get an email from odr stating I owed them an additional $500.00, i told odr that their contractor said $5500.00 and that's all I was paying and that odr needed to get the difference from their contractor. I apparently said something that hurt odr's feelings. Then I get another email with a demand notice or else of what is now $510. And some change.

We are so thankful for the Omega team—they went above and beyond to fix our water damage issue. Communication was excellent, and they truly took pride in their work.
