When our kitchen flooded, we were overwhelmed and had no idea how we would get our kitchen back to its original condition. We worked with the company our insurance suggested at first, but quickly realized they would not be able to meet our needs. And then came Omega. We were at our wits end when we first spoke to Tim, but his compassion and professionalism put us at ease. He walked us through the process of the job from beginning to end. We ended up needing new cabinets, flooring, and a countertop. Tim advocated for us and skillfully worked with our insurance company during the claim process. Once it was time for work to begin, Matt came on board to oversee the job. We were happy to realize he was just as amazing as Tim. Matt communicated with us constantly and always had our best interests in mind. We truly felt taken care of. Between Tim, Matt and the Omega crew, our kitchen was back to functioning in no time and was actually better than before! The quality of the work performed was high, and I am a VERY picky person.
