ServPro came out to help restore my mother's home after the July flood in Uvalde, Texas. If ServPro did not have Desiree Moya they would be lost. Desiree works very hard and is dedicated to doing a good job. We had a few issues but not with Desiree. Desiree showed a very professional attitude and was very reliable. She showed great concern about getting my mother back in her house. They don't make them like Desiree anymore. Desiree made sure my mom was taken care of and all her questions answered. Desiree went above and beyond her call of duty and we are very thankful she was a part of the team that came out. She did not waste any time and got right to work. Desiree is truly an asset to your company and you should give her a bonus and a raise, she deserves both!!
Derek Brascom came in and got to work quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all our questions with confidence. He was working by himself and knocked out what would appear to me, a multi person job in a very short time. I would definitely recommend him and Servpro for any needs in the future.
