Upstairs bathroom got flooded and the water seeped thru bedroom and closet, and finally came down thru the dinning room ceiling. Within a short time after my call, Mr. Alrex of Total Flood Restoration came to our house. Without wasting time, immediately Alex inspected the damaged area. He then explained how he and his company will work with us and our insurance company. Very patiently he explained all our questions, the stes and the process. Throught the following weeks, he was contantly in touch with us. We saw him work along with his team. He di not order his workers but worked long with them even when he was manaing some other projects at the same time. Alex is very corteous, knows his job and totally focussed on making us comfortable. This was a great experience for us.
