Lisa handled all the scheduling and coordination flawlessly, and her communication throughout the process was top-notch. Sammy, the mitigation lead, was absolutely amazing in addressing the water damage quickly and effectively. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was dried out and protected. And once we moved on to the reconstruction phase, Raymond and his construction team did a phenomenal job not just restoring our home, but also helping us upgrade the flooring and vanity where we could. They took the extra time to make sure everything looked even better than before. What really stood out to me was the professionalism and constant communication from everyone on their team. They truly understood how stressful dealing with insurance and home repairs can be, especially when you’re balancing a full-time job and family life. Reached out after midnight after one of our bathrooms flooded. Everyone I interacted with was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to do everything they could to help out. Sammy, in particular, went to insane lengths - connecting with people to be able to talk to help with the insurance claim, and feel prepared. He was excellent about staying in touch to check on progress, and see what else we needed help with. An incredibly stressful time and circumstance, but working with them gave peace of mind that things were being handled right, and always in a timely manner. Hope to never have to deal with those issues again, but I know they will always be my first call should I need to. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal customer service and craftsmanship from the team here. I had multiple companies take a look at my home and nobody had the care or attention to detail like Raul did. Raul and Lisa were critical to helping me navigate issues with insurance, ultimately ending up with everything, including my deductible being covered!
