Harun is very respectful, efficient, and takes time to explain things, as well as answer any questions. The company as a whole acted rapidly to take care of the issue and returned daily for follow up and monitoring. I would definitely recommend this company.
Buyer Beware! This company had no issues defrauding our insurance and us by falsely billing for services and equipment not rendered (by more than $3000), and then challenging us to provide proof of the fraud (we did, with video evidence). And this was after trying to talk us out of filing with insurance! They illegally endorsed and cashed a tri-party check without obtaining my or my wife's signatures - and then insisted they did nothing wrong. They slow rolled starting the job after the initial remediation, and then to add insult to injury, the quality of the work performed was substandard from a carpentry and plumbing standpoint. Numerous work redoes were required to address the most blatant errors, with more redoes still required to level and square off the kitchen island. Workers told us they weren't qualified to do plumbing work, and then turned around and did plumbing work without authorization. Then on the flip side, they undid the plumbing again (without consulting us), made repairs and didn't bother to schedule the plumber to come back out to fix what they left unfinished. They didn't think it was a problem to leave the brace off for an undermount sink, despite removing it during demo and leaving the parts with us. A third party plumber refused to reconnect the plumbing because of the danger this posed, only to hear from AWD that the "brace wasn't necessary." The business constantly shifted who we dealt with - to date, more than 10 different personnel. Unless you want to pay thousands of dollars for substandard work, do not use this company!
Service advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our concerns. Joey walked us through the process of water clean up and restoration. Our experience with American Water Damage of SA has been A+ .
