He was highly efficient, thorough, patient, and completely professional throughout the entire process. Eric did an excellent job of assessing the situation and precisely locating the damaged areas. He immediately removed the ruined ceiling in a way that was both safe and exceptionally clean. He followed up the next day to check on everything. I am very pleased with their service so far, and their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any restoration needs.

Instead of trying to sell me services I didn’t need, he explained that there was actually no mold that required remediation. He took the time to identify the real source of the issue and clearly explained everything to me, answering all of my questions. His honesty and professionalism gave me peace of mind.
