After the major storms last week, I had some water intrusion and immediately called Eric at 911 Restoration. Over the years I’ve needed their services at a few of my residences, and they’ve always shown up with the same professionalism and urgency. They’ve taught me that when it comes to water leaks and damage, the key is to be proactive. Eric quickly dispatched his team led by Emilio. They came out right away, tested the affected areas, and set up four blowers and a dehumidifier to dry everything out. They checked back in two days later and after five days completed their final moisture readings — everything came back dry. Because of work commitments I wasn’t able to be home during the process, but I had complete trust letting the team access the house remotely to do their work. Huge thanks to Eric, Emilio, and Ricky. I can’t say enough good things about this team at 911 Restoration — responsive, professional, and people you can trust when you need them most.
