My AC leaked and flooded my house. Servpro arrived on time to save my base boards and walls from being replaced. They used the equipment necessary to help save our house from water damage. They were considerate and work around my schedule. We had to change our floors because they were hardwood, luckily we have new floors. We spent nearly 30k to have an old laundry room built into another bathroom. Within a short period after the build we noticed the tub cracking very badly in all of the corners and the coating coming off exposing the yellow what matt be fiberglass. Additionally, that it was unlevel due to items rolling off of it. I contacted the individual in charge of my installation and he "started the process of a remedy". They went back and forth for several months trying to find receipts for the tub but apparently no one has them and nothing was ever given to us. Keep in mind the tub is getting worse with every passing week. After they could not find the receipts in order to try and file a warranty claim with the tub manufacturer they told me they were going to come an insurance claim to cover it. Now, over a year later, still nothing. They are now completely ghosting me. We spent our very hard earned money with this company and fully regret it. Save yourself the pain that we've been put through and find another company.
