One late evening phone call turned into a rapid response team that rallied to arrive out our location within a literal hour or so to begin there mitigation process. One phone call turned into multiple follow up calls to assure us that they were on the way. Jeff Lucas was the ultimate professional! His knowledge, honesty, expertise and efficiency were unmatched! Most importantly, he came in with empathy towards my aging parents who were rocked with shock upon the impending circumstances current and ahead. My parents were adamant to note that Jeff was careful to listen and be a source of peace amidst the uncertainty. Jamie, Jeff’s supervisor, matched Jeff’s pace, arriving on the scene the next morning to further investigate and provide further care and concern that extended throughout the mitigation and insurance processes. 10/10 recommend there services! DJ responded immediately and explained the mitigation process to me in detail. Jeff was a delight to work with. He was always polite, punctual, and went above and beyond to keep my home clean while he was working. I really appreciate that Horizon worked with me while I navigated issues between my condo insurance policy and the HOA master policy. This was a stressful time as a homeowner but they made the process very easy. I also used Horizon for the repairs after the mitigation because I trusted DJ after our first experience.
