We had a busted pipe in our slab. After reporting it to our insurance in the evening we received a call 30 minutes later from a Paul Davis representative. She left immediately to come to our house which was 2 hours away. The next day water mitigation started. Michael and Raphael tested for water under the floor and removed it. They set up 11 fans that stayed for days until the area tested clear of moisture. They were always very professional, polite, and considerate of us and our situation. I can’t say enough positives about everyone we’ve dealt with from Paul Davis.
