We thoroughly enjoyed working with Mario and his team. They did a wonderful job to get us to the finish line during the mold remediation process. He was kind, respectful and always was there to answer any questions we had. His team was also very respectful of our property and always asked before the work is done so we can be on the same page. I STRONGLY recommend Mundae for any mold remediation work. Thank you Mario and Team in getting us to clearance at our Seabrook home!
Great team. From the first call, Ana was super helpful and so caring. They followed a protocol and got clearance. They have very competitive remidiation estimates that also include the HVAC cleaning. Mario Jr. Is very informative and what I found nice was they don't try to scare you or worry you about things. They get things done and tell you what they saw so you can make decisions on what to fix. 10/10 would highly recommend.
After noticing a persistent musty smell and discoloration near one wall in our laundry room, we contacted this mold remediation company for an inspection. They responded quickly and explained the situation calmly without trying to create panic or pressure us into unnecessary work. The crew contained the affected area carefully, removed damaged materials safely, and identified the moisture source causing the issue in the first place. Compared to other restoration companies we researched online, this team felt much more transparent and professional overall. The smell is completely gone now, and it’s reassuring knowing the issue was handled properly and thoroughly.
