Dear Linda French, you and your amazing ladies made our pack out experience pleasurable. The ladies were very hardworking, thorough and professional. Each one knew their different role functions and executed them efficiently and smoothly. What impressed me most was their pleasant and cordial disposition- it was obvious that they loved what they were doing. What blew my mind was when my husband needed his reading glasses which was packed away. They just asked the location thereof, pulled up the picture and he identified it and it was in his hands within 5 minutes. Excellent work ladies!!!! Keep up your excellent work ethic!!
I can't overstate the quality of service I've received after the disastrous leak that has ruined the downstairs living area of my home. State Farm's replacement cost insurance policy sent Linda Frence to evaluate damage. She sent a top team of competent young men who worked diligently to get floors, walls and other content dried out. Next a team of very pleasant young women started the monumental task of wrapping furniture and accessories for a storage warehouse. Each piece is clearly labeled with my name and room from which the item was removed. All the boxes now go to a warehouse for safe storage until the damage and restoration is complete and I'll have a home again. This has been extremely distressing but the confidence I have in SERVPRO helps tremendously. Many thanks to all those who have worked so carefully to preserve my furnishings for when I can return home and resume a normal life again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Sol Hernandez and her team did a fantastic job packing the contents of our home. They were very courteous, professional, organized, and always on time. They took extra care of fragile items with additional bubble wrap, etc. Everything was well documented and inventoried, each box had a QR code on the label identifying the contents of the box, and pictures were taken of all the areas that were packed. When items were unpacked, they were all in the same place they were before. Sol and her team have the process down to a science. I highly recommend!
