When our attic flooded, Jack (the owner) and Miguel arrived within an hour and a half. I was just a few hours away from a dinner party when the flood occurred. They immediately took charge and truly made a stressful, disruptive situation livable. Because of their expert handling I was able to go on with the party while they handled everything while being completely inconspicuous. I was devastated, convinced that I was going to lose my dining room ceiling, which has discontinued wallpaper that cannot be replaced. The team got creative, removing the flooring in the room above and drying the ceiling out through the light fixture holes. They saved it completely. When the breakers tripped from all the equipment, Miguel drove back to our house, a 30-minute trip, without hesitation. That's the kind of dedication that's hard to find.
