RYTECH was phenomenal in every step of our remediation project. They showed up on time, they communicated and set realistic expectations and just gave us peace of mind. They were thorough, knowledgeable and weren’t gate keepers for the insurance company. They genuinely made us feel comfortable and that they were on our side in making sure any work needed would be done thoroughly and as dictated by the full scope of the issue with our home. Although we hope to never have to meet again under these circumstances, we would welcome Rick and Earnest and RYTECH back into our home again.

Rytech Restoration arrived ready to take on the challenge in our home. Josh, Rick and Ernest were polite, professional and immediately began to find the source of our problem, thoroughly seek out and assess the damages. The three were knowledgeable and worked together with a plan to begin the drying process after removing the necessary materials and setting up fans and dehumidifiers. They were mindful and careful of our home as they moved things around, and went out of their way to carry heavy bags downstairs for me when they saw me struggling. Josh, Rick and Ernest took their time to answer my questions, explain what they were doing and why and returned each morning to check the drying status and determine when the floor, ceiling, walls, cabinets and concrete were completely dry and could machinery could be removed. I was very impressed with their meticulous daily cleanup each day prior to their leaving for day. I’d prefer to not have to experience this again, however, Rytech is the number one company to have working for you and will always be the one to call! Thank you!

The whole team was great. Very informational about the process and helpful in discussing the process and how it will all go, but Rick was the best. Worked with our schedule to check in each day and pick up the equipment. Would def call again because if Rick and the team.
