Joseph is an excellent technician, he is super polite, respectful and cautious in our home. He thoroughly explained the work he was doing, he always communicated when he wanted to return to do work or take measurements and was just an all round nice guy and a rock star at his job !
This company, which manages a large apartment complex, was responsible for cleaning a storage unit. I was present during the cleaning process. While most items were cleaned, furniture, electronics with wooden components, and cardboard items that were contaminated with mold were deemed unsalvageable and discarded. The report submitted by the company regarding the loss of my belongings in the apartment complex does not accurately reflect the situation. Consequently, the apartment complex is refusing to compensate me for my losses due to the inaccurate reporting. I encourage you to review the provided pictures and draw your own conclusions.
