I went back and forth 5-6 times debating whether or not to write this review. Countless times I tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt and forgive them for being rude and unapologetic. But too many terrible things happened not to let others know about my experience with Rytech Nashville. We had a pipe burst during the ice storm on 1/29 and Rytech was able to come out the next day on 1/30 to work on the house. I felt good about how quickly they started the project, but everything else was downhill from there. The original project manager/minority owner, Alec, told me the entire job would be done on 1/30. I returned to our house on 1/31 and 30%-40% of the demo wasn’t finished. I reached out to the office manager, Liz, who told me that they would come back out to finish the demo and put in fans and dehumidifiers on 2/3. On 2/3, more workers came out to finish the project and I was given another project manager, Romero, who told me he would get the job done that day. When I returned on 2/4, the work was not done. I called and left a voicemail as well as texted the office manager, Liz, explaining the situation. She did not return my call or text and I had to call a different division of Rytech the next day to be transferred to her so that I could speak with her. She was rude and dismissive of my situation and told me our house was fine. She said she would get a crew out to finish the work when she could. On 2/7, a crew came out to finally finish the demo work. The demo work was actually finished that day, but fans were not put in our crawlspace to dry out our 99% saturated subfloor until 2/11. The fans should have been put in the crawlspace on 2/3 when the other fans were placed in the house, but it was one of the many oversights by Rytech. Another terrible oversight was that they didn’t expose the subfloor of the laundry room until 2/17. There was a thin layer of plywood that they had missed that was pulled up, and when it was, revealed multiple patches of mold. I asked the current project manager, Zach, if he would treat it that day and he told me that he didn’t have the correct supplies, but would come back the next day to treat it. I texted him on 2/18 and he told me that he wasn’t going to be able to make it out that day to treat the mold that had been growing in our home for 19 days. During the course of the month-long water mitigation, there were 8 different instances where they didn’t show up at all. I was staying at an Airbnb and carved time out of my day almost every day to meet Rytech at my home. There were 8 different instances where I spoke to a project manager and agreed to a time window they would show up at my home the following day. The next day would come and I would reach out to see when they were coming in that window. On 8 different occasions, when I reached out for an ETA update, they told me they were no longer coming at all that day. Not once did anyone at Rytech take accountability for the no shows or apologize. I’ve never dealt with a company that has worse communication, accountability, and lack of empathy for their clients. It was shocking how many different people dropped the ball, lied to me, and didn’t seem to care if the work was done at all. Hopefully this gives you a clear picture of what it looks like to work with Rytech Nashville.

Rytech should pay Tyler whatever he wants to stay with that company. I've never seen anyone manage a team so efficiently and pull up his sleeves and participate in the demo and cleanup to make sure it was all done effectively and efficiently. He is an amazing employee with an incredible work ethic. He is also ethical and kind which is wonderful.
