Crawl Space BrothersMold Remediation in Nashville, TN

We went with Crawl Space Brothers 2 months ago because they came in over 6k less than the other quotes we got and they were able to get it done on my 2 week timeline (due date approaching). But like anything, we got what we paid for. The encapsulation looks great. But apparently our dehumidifier hasn’t been running and there are pools of water all over our crawl space. When I called to get someone out, they told me they have ONE service person and he isn’t available for a week. I understand circumstances happen like family emergencies, that’s not my issue. They only have ONE service person for all of greater Nashville!? I wish I knew that. When he does show up, he’s telling me they can’t actually fix it for maybe another week, he’s a manager and he needs time to do his manager activities, we can maybe move some stuff around but I really need to do my manager duties. I’m sorry, my 8 week old is breathing in whatever is growing in our cesspool of a crawl space for weeks now, and you’re complaining to me and the baby I’m holding that you don’t have time for your desk job? Hire more people then. I would not recommend Crawl Space Brothers in Nashville unless they prove they have more than 0.5 service people working for all of middle Tennessee.

I had called Crawl Space Brothers in Nashville, TN to come analyze a long overdue issue in my crawl space. Have lived in my home over 20 years..and the "original " part was from the 1950's..animals, shoddy plumbing, and lots of moisture/water had left my crawl space in a horrible condition! ( as a person can imagine!). Mike Goodman was the analyst that came out. He spent a full hour thoroughly examining every square inch, documenting his findings, took accurate readings of both moisture and humidity levels at the current time. Upon reaching back on ground..he went over a vast portfolio of pictures. My jaw dropped at what I saw. Mike Goodman went over how Crawl Space Brothers can tackle every problem with ease and professionalism at every part of the process. My crawl space requires a sump pump & dehumidifier..plus all the good as gold encapsulation. Prior to this job being started..I have called Mike to ask further questions..he is very easy to reach..a big plus! He also came to repair an existing plumbing issue....before their job is started. That was above and beyond...very appreciative for his speedy help in that matter. This company is Top Notch. Excellent Professionalism. And for a company to ease my mind..they have done just that!! Really excited for my new clean legit crawlspace...and it's all updated to today's modern standards. Big Thanks To Mike Goodman with Crawl Space Brothers 🙌. Crawl Space Brothers is truly the best. They have the best team of employees, the prices are excellent ( half as much as some bids), they get the job done, then stand behind their work. Best customer service too! We had our crawl space partially encapsulated 5 years ago, and it is still going great. Came out today to replace a part that was under warranty, and I was again reminded what a quality company this is!
