We went with Crawl Space Brothers 2 months ago because they came in over 6k less than the other quotes we got and they were able to get it done on my 2 week timeline (due date approaching). But like anything, we got what we paid for. The encapsulation looks great. But apparently our dehumidifier hasn’t been running and there are pools of water all over our crawl space. When I called to get someone out, they told me they have ONE service person and he isn’t available for a week. I understand circumstances happen like family emergencies, that’s not my issue. They only have ONE service person for all of greater Nashville!? I wish I knew that. When he does show up, he’s telling me they can’t actually fix it for maybe another week, he’s a manager and he needs time to do his manager activities, we can maybe move some stuff around but I really need to do my manager duties. I’m sorry, my 8 week old is breathing in whatever is growing in our cesspool of a crawl space for weeks now, and you’re complaining to me and the baby I’m holding that you don’t have time for your desk job? Hire more people then. I would not recommend Crawl Space Brothers in Nashville unless they prove they have more than 0.5 service people working for all of middle Tennessee.
Crawl Space Brothers is truly the best. They have the best team of employees, the prices are excellent ( half as much as some bids), they get the job done, then stand behind their work. Best customer service too! We had our crawl space partially encapsulated 5 years ago, and it is still going great. Came out today to replace a part that was under warranty, and I was again reminded what a quality company this is!
Crawlspace Brothers did an amazing job encapsulating my crawlspace! The job took 3 days and the crew was very professional and friendly constantly updating me everyday via text which I like because I am pretty busy. Their price was also the best when compared with the other companies I had quote me for the job. Overall crawlspace brothers provided everything I wanted and was looking for. I highly recommend this company because their quality of work is amazing and the customer service is fantastic!
