We had water damage in our home due to a dishwasher leak. Claro was a lifesaver because they do things right. Not only were they able to replace the damaged floors, re-sand, reseal, they also treated our entire home (and air ducts) for mold and throughly cleaned the air ducts. Our home looked beautiful and smelled fresh. We were very happy with the service. They were excellent and kind to work with. Very responsive. Many companies just want to come in and sand/reseal and basically "cover up" the damage. While doing things right often costs more, Claro helped us by working with the insurance on our behalf. I am very sensitive and knowledgeable about mold. I have been healthy and happy throughout the process.
I can’t say enough good things about this crew. Hunter, Josh and Tyler were top notch. We knew we had a mold issue but it was hidden. What we didn’t know was what caused it. These guys bent over backwards to help me find the source- which happened to be a cracked pipe. I am so thankful because there was no way we would have known. They did such a great job, getting all the materials out- and then remediating the mold. They went above and beyond to ensure they got it all and cleaned up every spec of any evidence they were at our house. We are having them come back to do their duct cleaning to make sure no spores are Left in my house. Everything from start to finish was fantastic. This company is impressive. We will absolutely refer them- although I hope to never see them again (I mean who wants mold in their house?!?), they will be my first call if we suspect something. Thank you guys!
