Don Knarr and his team are wonderful! They helped me navigate the insurance maze and gave me a fair estimate. The work they completed was excellent, and they completed the job within their time frame and under estimate. Whenever I had a question, they responded to me quickly. Long story short— Don is super honest and won’t tell you that you need to hire him when you don’t. and my experience is a homeowner, this is very rare. I would trust him with any water issues is moving forward because of his honesty! Don came to check out a wet spot in a closet that was sprouting some mold. He was so thorough and kind— honest To the point that he basically told me I shouldn’t hire him. This job was so small that we could take care of it with the help of someone who can replace the drywall. To be honest, being a Mold specialist, he probably could’ve told me That we needed to remove the entire closet and I would have believed him. This level of honesty I find rare. Grateful for it!

You better hope you have lots of damage for them to repair. If the job is too small they will not help you. A neighbors trree fell on my storage shed and damaged it. They were recommended by another company. Blue Chip determined the job was too small and said that they were not interested. They called me back and said they had another contractor that was interested in the job and he would contact me the next morning at 8:30 am. That was two or three weeks ago and I have not heard anything from the contractor they said would contact me. I contacted another restoration company and they also decided that the job was too small for them to repair. Thanks for nothing!!!! I need my shed repaired. Any contractor interested? It is an insurance job and I need an estimate on what it will cost to repair.
