I am very happy with the work th at Accuworks dot at my estate after my bidet burst and flooded my 2 nd and 1st floor . I was especially pleased with the speed with which Ben responded , he came out to my estate the day of the event to start remidiation efforts . I think his quick response is responsible for saving my solid wood flooring . I like Ben’s energy and pleasant disposition , his words calmed me down after the event and his prompt and effective handling of matters helps me calm down after the trauma of seeing my ceilings come down on mom furniture on 2 floors . We called Accuworks as a second opinion and estimate after our washer draining hose broke on the inside and the water came out the back onto our vinyl flooring and hardwoods. Adam came right out and talked to us. Told us the best protocol. He was patient with our questions and we trusted his opinion and agreed to proceed. When Jerome came to do the work he was on time. He explained everything he was doing, he asked before he did anything different even if it was where it was most convenient to plug something in. He was careful with anything he moved. He was mindful of us and any inconvenience we had thru this. And just a really nice, polite guy as was Adam. You could tell the customer mattered. Jerome did a wonderful job drying out the floors and the crawl space. We were very pleased with Accuworks and are using them to make any repairs now that the floors are dry. We very highly recommend this company. We also had accuworks come out to replace the laundry room floor, the molding in several areas and replace wet insulation in our crawl space. . The project manager was Jonathon. Again, very polite and on time and he set everything up and made sure all the work was done and that we were pleased with the job . Daniel and his crew did the work. They were also on time and did a great job. Again, outstanding customer service and this ordeal was easy to rectify thanks to accuworks. We would without a doubt use them again. It was a pleasure working with all involved.

Cannot say enough about the excellent service we received from Jonathan Roth, Project Mgr., who came to our home and set up the mitigation process to make sure our hardwood floor was completely dry from a recent water leak...Jonathan was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the condition of our floor and provided his expert recommendation for next step process....We are very pleased with his recommendation which means we won't need to go through the process of replacing our floor at this time......I would definitely recommend Accuworks to anyone looking for expert restoration services resulting from water damage in the home...
