If I could give less than one star I would. Brycen Carter was the person we spoke to. We were told that there would potentially be a small section of the wall removed to complete their test. We made sure the house was empty and dog free for their team to work. We came back this evening to find our drywall completely ripped out with exposed electrical wiring showing. Our flooring was completely ripped out all the way to the kitchen. It’s completely unlivable. They even damaged some of the floor planks they didn’t remove. Brycen did not make us aware of any of this. We have nowhere to go. This is unacceptable.

I I've been out of state and our town home flooded twice. Our HOA sent Jerome out to do water mitigation or what not. As someone that works in blue collar custom home building I must say, he did a wonderful job, was polite, left the place spotless and went above and beyond and took pride in his work. I wanted to show recognition for his dedication to his job because it's hard to find good workers like Jerome these days.

Brycen Carter was my rep here that stopped by as part of a restoration process kicked off by the HOA of my townhome community. The neighbors 2 doors down had flooded, and they came to check if my place had damage. All readings showed no moisture, but Brycen pushed for me to leave a key in a lockbox so they could test for asbestos and a firewall while I was gone. I was dumb enough to trust his word and oblige while I was going to be out of town, and I arranged for a place for my dog to stay so he would not be in the way (with a sitter that usually stays with him). I returned to my home today and was horrified - not only did they rip up all my flooring, but they also opened up my entire living room wall (around 4-4.5 feet high) and left exposed wiring. NONE of this work was approved, and neither myself nor my landlord were even notified. They left my home in shambles for the holiday weekend, and now I (along with my dog) have nowhere to stay. I called their emergency line and attempted to contact Brycen, but I never got a response. The emergency operator has done nothing except take my information down, so I haven't heard anything from corporate either. The cherry on top? My door was left with the deadbolt unlocked in DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE, and as a single woman, that was terrifying. Again, I agreed to a TEST. If this is their idea of "just a test", then I would be horrified to see what their work is like. Accuworks - do the right thing here and fix your mistake. Leaving a single woman and her dog homeless on a holiday weekend is absolutely deplorable.
