Cody and Brian were fantastic. They really worked with us throughout the entire process for the mitigation of our Crawlspace and bathroom. We were really appreciate how great they were and worked with our schedules. They came out several times for different steps of the process. Cody was definitely the reason we went with this Restoration guys. He definitely cares about helping you out as much as he can. They were also the only company we found that did all of the work we needed in one go, Mitigation, dehumidifier install, they did everything that was needed. 10/10 great people
I had an awesome experience with this company. I recently had to use a different mitigation company on a different property and let me tell you I will not be using anyone other than the Restoration Guys in the future. Brian and Brian were at my property within 2 hours and immediately addressed the root cause and quickly started the mitigation process. They were also minimally invasive which was great. Brian did an awesome job explaining exactly what they needed to do and gave accurate timelines. He was also very easy to communicate with and gave constant updates. I hope I don’t have to use them for a long time but if I do, I know who I’m calling!
We have had great service with this awesome company. We've had some kind of mystery water damage in our kitchen. After being referred to this company by our Insurance agent. We contacted them right away. Brian came out to evaluate the situation. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had to come back out with his guys a few days later to demo our kitchen floor to try to expose the mystery leak. Matthew and Roman did most of the hard work, but they all worked together all throughout the day. I highly recommend using this company.
