I went to my natural doctor and tested positive for mold in my body. I called a different company first and was told there wasn’t a mold issue, which I knew wasn’t true because I have had issues breathing in my home for a while. After reading the reviews about Claro and realizing they were very knowledgeable in this area, I decided to give them a call. They did an air test first and after brought out a new machine they have that uses AI technology to detect the presence of mold in real time. Even though the air test came out fine, we were able to determine from the machine they used the presence of mold in my decorative pillows which I would have never known. Basically I had been storing my pillows in my attic incorrectly (I should have used a vacuum sealed bag with moisture beads instead of storing in totes) which was causing them to get mold and allergens in them and since I decorate for every holiday it was a continuous process of bringing in new mold into my house unknowingly. We also found some other areas in our house (under kitchen sinks and bathroom sinks) that when disturbed were causing me to breathe in mold. For a normal person this wouldn’t necessarily be an issue, but since my body doesn’t get rid of mold correctly, it caused me to get sick a lot and be congested all the time at my house. After Nick and Jason came out and did our entire house sanitization, we were breathing better than we have since we have moved into our house 8 years ago. We all got the best sleep of our lives with no allergies, no congestion, and no snoring from anyone in our family. They were never pushy though out the entire process and they gave you direct results that you could clearly see and their best recommendations to help. They were very affordable, too. I’m happy to finally not only have answers but actual solutions that have solved my issues and that I am FINALLY breathing well in my own home again!
